Structurally, it is in excellent condition - sturdy & ready to use.
There are the normal rubs, scratches and wear from household use. As typical, the most wear is low on the base & on the shelves. The front doors could use buffed out for where they have subtle scuffs from being pulled back in.
The majority of old growth cherry trees are gone. Most new furniture does not have the quality of wood and construction of Georgian Court.
Shipment is not included.
